Free/Busy access

I have recently switched to Entourage 2004 and our IT dept. moved to
Exchange 2003. Now I am unable to see the Global Address book and
calendar. Is there a known remedy for this issues. I have added the free
extension to the Public fold/free/busy address- server-name/free. I even
tried applying the url for the web mail to the pub. folder address field.

Any Thoughts???!!!

Hi Victor,
Entourage has a product limitation, that you can't see the users in the GAL,
Directory Service, but you can only search for the user, and resolve their
names while sending mails.
And, user "IP address of free-busy server/public" in your Free-Busy Server
field settings, to access calendering information.
