Freeze on startup

Hi all,

Win 2k Pro, Outlook 2002. Outlook has just started frezing on startup - it
doesn't get past the splash screen and indeed appears to freeze the whole PC
after about 30 seconds. Any idea how we can debug this?

Try changing outcmd.dat to outcmd.old. This will reset the toolbar. The
default location is;
C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook
