French accents in CSV exports

Hi
I'm in Québec. Notice the accent on the "e". When I export my contacts
using "comma separated values (Dos)" all my accents get clobered
comming out as unprintable characters. When I choose "comma separated
values (Windows)" my accents are appearing but a lot of my data seems
to be missing.

Is there any way to get the first method to work correctly for this.
