If you check out the Insert Symbols dialog, you can determine the keyboard
shortcuts for the accented letters.
An alternative would be to change your keyboard layout to French (AZERTY
instead of QWERTY) and learn the position of the various keys. (unless you
touch type in French, that will probably drive you bonkers).
