I have Word 2000, and I would like to start using it to write in French
language.
How could i download the French language dictionary and support if this is
possible?

English versions of Word 2000 come with Spanish and French proofing tools.
If you have installed the French proofing tools, all you have to do is mark
the text as French (Tools | Language | Set Language). If they are not
installed, you will need to install them.
