From e-mail to contacts

Here is the problem [please help]:
I receive an e-mail with many other e-mail addresses in the "To" or "Cc" box.
What i would like to do is to "transfer" those e-mail addresses to my
contacts.

i know that i can do it one by one [by right-clicking the email address then
clicking add to contacts], but the problem is doing it all at once.

Please help...

Not natively. There are third party utilities that can help.
