From Entourage 10.1.1 to 10.1.4

Currently running Entourage 10.1.1 (Office X) and Panther. Needing to
upgrade to Entourage 10.1.4 to sync with Blackberry. Microsoft site
only has download to go from Entourage 10.1.2 to 10.1.4. What's the
deal?

It's not a problem, 10.1.4 includes the 10.1.3 update.

But you can now run 10.1.6 which is a combined updater and will update
anything from 10.0 onward, so only requires one action. In fact, that's now
all the site has, not sure where you are looking:
