From Entourage X to 2004. User cannot connect to server

I upgraded a client who was working fine from Entourage X to 2004. Her
account would not connect to the exchange server. I could send mail
from her account.

I can load my email profile in the same email client and it works fine.

I'm quite puzzled.

Entourage X used IMAP for Exchange Mail whereas Entoruage 2004 uses
WebDAV. Is ther server the same on your LAN ?? Is she connecting to the
Webmail server for e-mail ??
