Hi all,
I'm experiencing trouble with Outlook/IMAP. I've found
several instances of customers who send email and
the "From" field is blank (i.e., all of the recipients
recieve the email and the "From" field is completely
blank). The only thing in common with all of them is that
they all have a Rule set up to put copies of messages in
the Sent folder on the IMAP sever.
There is an MS KB article regarding this, but it's less
than helpful:

Hasn't anybody else experienced this, or know how to
resolve it?
