If you are talking about the automatic text that appears that the bottom of
an e-mail, then you need to read about "signatures" in Outlook 2003 you
should be looking under Tools, Options, Mail Format.
If you are talking about the FROM column in Outlook, then you need to modify
your e-mail account options.
If you are talking about the Reply To option, then you can change that in
your account or by clicking Tools Options before you send a message.
