"From" message

Our Outlook 2003 was just installed. Evidently, it was
set up with my boss's name instead of the company name.
So, when messages are sent, they read ,"Joe Smith
said . . ." instead of the company name.

I am new to this office and I do not know how to change
this setting. Can you help?

If you are using a POP3 or IMAP connection you can change your display name
by going to Tools-> E-mail Accounts... and open the properties of the listed
account. In the case of an Exchange mailbox contact your mail administrator
for your details.
