Front page 2002 / 2003

What is the difference between Front page 2002 and 2003. I have a Inspiron
8200 and came with 2002 software. I have been looking for a way to display
and share photo's with family and friends. I am a free lance photographer and
love to take pictures, family, sporting events, etc.. I use a scanner now
but can seem to find a way to work with them, I am most interested in Montage
Layouts.
