Front Page and Possible Java script

I've installed a graphic interface to a search engine for
a library's catalog on the default page of their website
(www.abbe-lib.org)and the quick search interface worked
for about three days and then failed. (A script error
that seems associated to JAVA or the console)

What can I do to correct this issue, as I need to also
access another search engine for their children's page?

Bad html - illegally nested forms - you can't open a 2nd form w/o closing the 1st as in
