Front Page Operating systems

I have had my web page up and running for several years using front page 2000 on Win 95 operating system.. Now I have changed operating systems and now use XP. I have not attempted to load my front page 2000 onto my xp system because I understand it will not work properly. If I cannot use my front page 2000 on my xp system will upgrading to front page 2002 work for my Xp system and allow me to update my website.

FP2000 will install and work just fine under Windows XP.

If XP Home, then you would work with disk-based webs

If XP Pro, then you would work with either disk-based or server-based (requires the installation of
IIS, under Add/Remove, Windows Components).

FrontPage 20000, 2002 and 2003 will all run on Windows 2000. I wouldn't
bother to upgrade from 2000 to 2002. That was a relatively minor upgrade. If
you choose to upgrade I'd recommend going to 2003.
