Frontpage 2002: Layermenu?

Hallo,

I want to develop a website with a layermenu. Horizontal the main menubar,
when the mouse is over an entry, the submenu is shown beneath the main
entry. When changing to another main entry the "old" submenu should
automatically be closed and the "new" submenu should be shown, beneath the
new main item.

How can I realize this with Frontpage 2002?
Or does anyone know another good solution, e.g. JavaScript source, which I
can use in my project?
