Frontpage 2002 - reverse publish - Laptop/Pc <-> Website

Hi,

I now have my website source on both my laptop and PC. If I publish a new
page from one can I download just that page to the other?

ie. Upload index.htm from my laptop then download it back to my PC without
knowing which files I have changed or a whole folder?
