FrontPage 2002: Trying to do an image swap on mouseover

I don't believe behaviours exist in this version. I'm
trying to have a picture "placeholder" and some numbers to
the side, that when you mouse over each number, a picture
changes in the placeholder area.

Is there a way to do this in Front Page that doesn't need
tremendous programming knowledge?
