FrontPage 2003 Bullets

Another issue between my previous htm's from fp 2000 and current htm's from
fp 2003 re the "bullets".
Previously, bullets would align perfectly and leave a space between bullets
and paragraph with paragraph in proper alignment.
Now in my fp 2003, the paragraphs butt up against the bullets and if I add a
space between bullet and first letter of paragraph, the wrapped next line is
not evenly left justified with the first letter of paragraph.
i/e:
Previous format:
* First letter of first word
first letter of wrapped line

Current format with fp 2003:
* First letter of first word
first letter of wrapped line.

Any help will be appreciated
