Frontpage 2003 installation/activation issue

I purchased Frontpage 2003 last year on behalf of the local Rotary Club to
allow a club website to be developed. This is now up and running and
Frontpage has been so easy to get to grips with. The software was paid for
out of Rotary Club funds. I initially had some problems with my computer both
at home and work, and had to reinstall Frontapge a number of times before
eventually getting over the problems. Now I am due to leave teh country to
work overseas and of course want to leave the website (and Frontpage 2003)
with another Rotray Club member so that they can continue wher i left off.

Whilst they can install Frontpage 2003 frin the CD, they can not activate
it. When opening the software, activationis required but results in a message
saying that the software has already been activated the maximum number of
times permissible. As a bonafide owner/users with the original discs, ID's
etc, are installations/registration limited?

Is there any way to extend the registration process to allow the Rotary Club
to continue using Frontpage to edit/manage the website after I leave? Surely
I(or someone else) does not need to purchase another copy of Frontpage 2003?

I woudl appreciate any advice?

Registration is optional. Activation is mandatory.

The usual retail license for FrontPage allows the software to be installed
on ONE PC and ONE laptop.

If you have uninstalled the program from your PC, your colleague can install
on their PC, but may have to choose the telephone option to activate it -
this should appear on the activation screen.
