Ar?e there any templates or instructions for using FrontPage to design a
mobile web site

There's a "converter" that will take a static HTML web and, from what they
say, turn it into a WAP web.

I'll paste the link to the FrontPage add-in center below. If you use it,
let us know since I've never had the opportunity to try it out myself.
