Frontpage 2003

I have a device (digital picture) that I want to blink a
light on and off with, on my web site. Or I would at least
animate this device as to show it's functionality. How
would I do this in Frontpage 2003? If possible, please
explain both processes.

You need to create an animated gif w/ a gif animation editor program
