A subweb is a folder under the root web (or nested under another subweb) that FP treats as a stand alone web (to the rest of the
world it just a just a folder)
You can only create and manage a FP subweb under the root of
http://www.mainweb.com/
as
http://www.mainweb.com/sub1/ or
http://www.mainweb.com/sub1/subsub1a/
But you could have a DNS subdomain resolving that folder location to
http://www.sub1.mainweb.com if you had a need
