FrontPage/New explorer/Hyperlinks

The last problem that I cannot seem to over come is this.
Within the 3 page web that I am creating I have hyper
links. 2 graphical and 1 being text. In the newest
explorer they do not function. In the AOL browser they
do. Within Frontpage2002 they also work. I can only think
that I have something still missing or set incorrectly.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have an internet address or a location where we
can take a look at your webpage?

The web site only has a single page displayed while I am
creating the real site to be. It is still stored local on
my machine. I have written 11 megs so far and until
February when I updated my system everything was fine.

I test my site in Internet explorer, AOL, and Netscape.
The first page is a 3 page deal that has Java scripts,
applets, and HTML. In explorer the scripts run, but the
hyper links do not. Everything runs perfect in AOL. This
puzzles me because I thought that AOL ran pretty much
like explorer. In Netscape, the Java scripts do not work
whereas the Java applets do work, and the hyper links
function.

I cannot seem to nail what is going on. I am running the
Java virtual machine version 1.4.2_03. This should not
effect hyper links.

Publish a problem page to a hidden folder or subweb, or provide a code snippet of the link that is not working

PS
If you have 3 pages and created 11MB your site will have more serious user problems
