FrontPage2003 product not read properly by IE6

How can it be that FrontPage2003 produces html that looks exactly like the
Design view in FrontPage ONLY when viewed on Netscape or Opera? When you read
the same pages using IE6 [XP, SP1] it's garbaged in every possible way. This
despite use of common fonts -- Times New Roman, etc. I've done everything I
can think of to find any settings that could be wrong. Lots of books from
Microsoft, etc. Microsoft doesn't want to acknowledge the problem and I've
asked about it while working with some high-level MS tech support campuses.
