Let me say it up front: I hate this product. Newsgroups don't thread
worth jack, and I need that feature for an online college class. The junk
mail filter is a joke (it bounces mail I get from Apple!). If I use HTML as
a message format, it comes out as garbage on the PC end, and some of
the PC messages garble as well. We get updates that don't fix these
bread-and-butter issues (I'm waiting to see if the email rendering
problem is fixed with the latest "update"). It's a memory hog. If I could
ditch this program, I would. Who do I write to to complain about this
shoddy program?
