Frustrated with Office XP standard 2002 version with system crash

I'm not happy with MFST products at this moment. Takes too much time to
reinstall my OWNED & Licenced software when my system crashes. I should not
have to call mfst nor even use a post that I will never be able to track down
again to get the problem resolved. MFST committment to customers is just
"get the money".
