We are running Outlook 2003 at my office. Some of our users had set the
Default Full Name field to be listed as LAST FIRST in TOOLS - OPTIONS -
CONTACT OPTIONS. When they entered new contacts and typed John Doe in the
full name field it would recognize John as the last name and file it as such.
The setting should have been First (Middle) Last. Anyway, many people did not
realize that it was doing this and have entered many contacts incorrectly.
Correcting the Full Name setting does not retroactively apply to previously
entered contacts. Other than manually correcting each and every contact, does
anyone know of a quicker way to fix this? I don't think so but I thought I'd
ask. Thanks.
