I just wanted to know if Microsoft was even planning on updating the
Handheld Sync utility to handle the new Tungsten E and T3 devices.
Can anyone from Microsoft confirm that:
1) Yes, we're working on it for Entourage X and an update will be
forthcoming,
2) Yes, we're working on it, but it won't work until Entourage 2004,
or
3) Nope, we're not planning on supporting the new E and T3 devices or
future PalmOne products using the same software at all.
An answer -- any answer -- would be appreciated. I'm willing to wait
if I need to, but if it's not going to happen at all, I'd like to know
sooner rather than later so I can still return my Tungsten E to the
store.
