John, thank you so much for posting this link. I have, up till now, been
using PDF995. I just tried out PrimoPDF 3.1 by combining/appending files from
Word, Publisher and Excel into the one PDF document as a test and I got
amazing results. It worked perfectly. This has to be the handiest of tools.
