Garbled Fonts in Entourage OSX

I use Entourage OSX. Some emails I receive have garbled fonts and are
unreadable (most I receive are fine). What causes this, and how can it
be fixed??

Try emptying the font cache.
E.g. using this: http://homepage.mac.com/mdouma46/fontfinagler/

In your home folder navigate to Library>Caches and delete the files
"Tasman Browser.cache" and "com.microsoft.browserfont.cache".
