GazNet Anti-Spam Domains Protection File(Beta)

I down loaded the GazNET Anti-Spam Domains Protection File (Beta) for
Outlook 2002 with Windows XP Home edition. I followed the instructions for
unzipping, and renamed the file "Domains" to Junk Senders.I was unable to
find C:\Documents And Settings\Mike\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\.What
did I do wrong? Can I and How do I overwrite the Outlook Spam entries of
junk senders?
