General Date problem

I have looked in every nook and cranny in my database to figure this out and
can't find the problem.

I have two Date/Time fields (DateTimeStart & DateTimeEnd) with:
Format: hhnn"Z "dd-mm-yy
Input Mask: 00:00"Z "00\->L<LL\-00;0;_

They both let me input correctly and view the format correctly. The problem
is that when I click on the field to edit the time or date I get a general
date format instead of my input mask. Anyone have any suggestions?
