I know that is is not, however for my opinion (the reason of posting) it's
possible to execute due newsreader is just dll, that can be binded into
Outlook infrastructure
What do you think?

Not quite sure what you're trying to achieve here. There are a number of
ways to launch the news reader from within Outlook but there is no way to
read news from within Outlook. What is it that you want to do?

No way to do that that I know of unless you're connected to Exchange Server
with news ported into a Public Folder.

Strange, for my knowledge the engine of Outlook and OE prity similar,
newsreader just dll, activeX that registered with OE, so for my opinion
there is any other way to do this. The only obstacle can be that MS do not
want users to do this and this why they block it.

since you seem to know a lot about the workings of OE and OL, why not write
a com addin that does it? There is more to it that just the need for a
dll - OE stores news in a different format than OL does...

oh, and if you just want to read news in ol, newsgator has rss feeds of any
newsgroups. At this time, you can't post for outlook but they are working on
it.
