Generate Random Number/ Random Event

My daughter has her first teaching job, and she'd like to create a learning exercise based on Wheel of Fortune.

I've built the board where Vanna reveals the hidden letters, but I'm stumped on the wheel.

Either the pointer or the wheel could spin. Any suggestions on how to spin the thing and have it stop randomly?
