Generating a Table of Contents

To the best of my knowledge, I can't do this in Publisher
2000. Will this be possible in Pub 2003? Or ever?

This cannot be done in Publisher 2000
Or in 2002
Or in 2003

But with 2002 and 2003, you could write an add-in to do it for you
Or if you don't know someone who does VBA, you could commission someone to
do it for you.
