I am new to Outlook...
I have multiple users all with their own email addresses as well as generic
email addresses for the company eg (e-mail address removed) and (e-mail address removed).
I need to be able to allow a number of users (in the sales team for example)
to all access the (e-mail address removed) generic email address at the same time so
that everyone can see a new email. I don't want to simply have the mail
forwarded to a single user as this provides limitations when that user is
busy or away.
In a similar way I want every user to be able to reply from the generic
email address and see replies sent (including those sent by other users.
Is this possible?
Many thanks
Daniel
