Get entire message - issue

On certain Public Folders (via Exchange), in Entourage 2008, after clicking
on a message, in the Preview Pane the message is not there, however there is
a "Get Entire Message" link.

Is there a user setting to have the entire message appear automatically?

When viewing this public folder via Outlook, I do not have this "view"
issue.

What happens if you add the message's folder to your Subscribed Public
Folders?
