Getting a check mark to id sent messages in Entourage

HI,

I would like to be able to have a check mark placed next to a sent or
replied to message in Entourage 2004, similar to what I do in Outlook
on my PC. I use a Blackberry for a lot of my mail and while I can see
the check marks on my Blackberry, they don't show up in my Entourage
client. Is this feature available? I have looked around for
documentation and have found nothing in this direction.

There is no option for check marks in Entourage, but if you want to identify
a message you can use the Flag option. Select to just "Flag" or "Flag for
followup".

Categories could also be used. Create a category and name it Checkmark. Next
create a Custom Mail view:

ˆ Message

Set Criteria:

From is in category Checkmark

If you explain how you use this feature, perhaps we might have other
alternatives if the above doesn't work for you.
