Getting an answer to your question on the Office newsgroup

Note the Office newsgroup messages from the Mactopia forum interface have not been showing up for users that use a newsreader. This problem happened around Sept 24. Your questions are not being ignored. We just can't see them.

Ask your questions using Entourage's newsreader.

Wrong newsgroup. Sorry. The Entourage newsgroup via Mactopia is OK. However,
you might enjoy using the Entourage newsreader to access. You can download
old messages and search using Spotlight in Entourage.

If you are not familiar with a newsreader, Entourage's basic newsreader
already has the Microsoft News server included. All you do is subscribe to
the newsgroups you want. See this page for help:
