getting duplicate TO address when replying

I'm getting duplicate TO addresses whenever I do a REPLY ALL in
Entourage X.

This is how the address box looks when I do a "REPLY ALL".

To: ""Joe, Jay" <[email protected]>" <[email protected]>,
"Paul",
""Paul,Andrew" <[email protected]>"
<[email protected]>

As you can see, "PAUL" shows up twice.

"Paul",

and

""Paul,Andrew" <[email protected]>"

After doing a "REPLY ALL" the bogus address "PAUL" will add my
company's domain name after it (e.g. <[email protected]>) which causes
a bounceback message sent back to me.

I'm currently using Entourage as a POP3 client.

What are the contents of the message's "From:", "Reply-To:" and "Sender:"
headers? Entourage does not like multiple addresses in From: or Reply-To,
sadly.
