getting error during boot-up

I keep getting an error to "NDISHLP.SYS" (no. 7353) duriing boot up of my
machine. I have to select from NORMAL, SAFE MODE, or five other styles of
boot completion in order to finish booting up my system. Problem is likely
causing my unit to freeze up during normal operation - after some 45 minutes
up.
Can this be from "ghost files" froom AOL, JUNO, etc.?

That's a network card driver. I doubt if it's an AOL or Juno issue.

Try Googling on the exact error message.

Thank you, JoAnn. I hit the "NO" sign by accident, at first!

I will do as you said.

Thanks again!
