Getting External data from MS FoxPro

I use a MS FoxPro database and would like to be able to get data from
specific fields in some of the tables in this FoxPro db into an Excel
worksheet. The Excel Help says that FoxPro is compatible but when I go
through the Import Data process it is not inuitive how to get specific fields
from specific tables into a particular cell of my worksheet.

Has anyone done this before and can offer me any guidance.
