Getting locked out by server

I am having trouble where I will try to open Entourage (vX 10.1.5) to
check email and it is giving me error messages (IMAP errors saying it
is unable to connect). The IT guys say that the server is locking my
account as if there have been multiple failed attempts to log in.
They haven't been able to figure it out, mainly because there are very
few Macs in our office. I'm hoping it's just some setting, but it
seems like we've tried every little thing in the account setup. It is
an Exchange 2000 server that it is trying to connect to.

I just started having the same problem. Three days ago I changed my
Windows password. I then changed my password in Entourage. Everything
worked fine for about half a day. Now my account gets locked out every
time I try to use Entourage. I even tried deleting my account and
recreating it, but it still locks me out. Any bug workaround would be
appreciated.
