Dear Knowledgeable Ones
I have NTL, no problem there, with windows xp upgrade 2. Some time ago, I
loaded on a Free anti-Virus download called AVG anti-virus (registered to a
company called Grisoft) which appears to have an email scanner.
The concern I have is each time I turn on the computer and click on outlook
express I get the following box prompt:
Your POP3 server has not responded in 60 seconds. Would you like to wait
another 60 seconds for the server to respond.
I have the choice then to Stop or Wait.
If I stop i get an error message:
Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for
this include server problems include sever problems, network problems, a long
period or inactivity, account: pop.ntlworld.com, Protocol POP3, PORT:110,
Secure (SSL): No. Error number 0x800cc0f
If I clear this
I can send an recieve emails can anyone explain this?
