getting records from a database by logining with a password using

hi,

I am creating a simple web site for a school .All in (htm).
The server that hosts my site does not support .NET( which I know ).

That's why I need to connect to a data base using asp ( which I know nothing
about ) .
I need a templete that connects on a db with a password to get recordes from
the db.
example:
The student enters his password so he can see his final result.

I wish that you can help me !

There are no "templates" out there for what you want to do
- will require custom hand coding of ASP and the DB (on a host that supports both)
