Getting Rid of the [Spam] notation in the subject line

I just installed Outlook 2003, and all my incoming messages have [Spam] in the subject line. How do I get rid of this?

Outlook doesn't do this. Either you or your ISP has some antispam software installed that does this.

My reply and forward messages contain "Re:[SPAM]" in the subject line. What program would do this if not Outlook? How can I fix this annoying problem?

You have an anti-spam or anti-virus application running that is adding the
"[SPAM]
