getting text to move as IE page is made smaller

a little help please

in fp2000 while using frames (header, left boader, and
main frame) i am looking to get the text in the main frame
to move in if the person viewing the page does not have
the page maximised. at the moment the scroll bar appears
when the page is made smaller,
the page is purley text based

Set the width of the frames as percentage % width instead of a fixed width.
Also make sure that the total percentage for all frames does not exceed 100%
