Getting winmail.dat in attachment

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Processor: Intel Email Client: pop Hi,

I got a mail with winmail.dat. The other users got the regular files as .doc and .pdf using Entourage with same version. How do I fix it? Does anyone have any solution?
