Gibbrish content

Hi,

I am facing lately a new problem. When I am using my installed Office2000
applications and inserting a picture from Twain Scanner, I am prompted with
box texted Gibberish.
I use WinME + Office2000. The WinME is a localized version (Hebrew).
Unfortunately the Gibberish is not Hebrew :)
