gif animation in office picture manager

I created a gif animatin using Artful Animator tool. I saved it on my
desktop. But when I open it using Microsoft Project Manager, iI cannot see
any animations in it. I have sent it as an attacment to my email and when i
opened, it worked. And also it worked on ym friend's system. Is this
dependent on any system settings?Can someone help me in solving this?

The Picture Manager doesn't animate. You could use another viewer such as Windows
Picture and Fax viewer or download a free application www.irfanview.com that will
show animation.
